0763 – Rajkumar Choulapalli and his family moved to Kentucky from India only six months ago, and were left without heat or power when the ice storm came through Louisville. They “camped out” in a tent set up in their living room, with blankets and sleeping bags, for 3 days, but finally came to a Red Cross shelter at the Walnut Street Baptist Church.
